Terms of Service

Last updated: May 25, 2026

These terms explain the basic rules for using Lara Serve. They are intended to be practical and readable, and they may be updated as billing, support, and product operations mature.

Service description

Lara Serve provides restaurant management software for QR ordering, kitchen display workflows, table and floor plan management, waiter coordination, analytics, and related account tools.

The service is provided as SaaS and may change over time as features are improved, added, or retired.

Account responsibilities

Restaurant operators are responsible for the accuracy of their restaurant data, menu content, pricing, staff accounts, table setup, and use of the service by their team.

You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for promptly removing access for staff members who should no longer use the workspace.

Subscription and billing

Lara Serve offers a 14-day trial. After the trial, continued access requires an active paid plan unless a manual arrangement has been made.

Subscriptions are billed according to the selected plan and billing cycle. You may cancel at any time from the billing area or by contacting the team.

Unless required by law or agreed in writing, partial months are not refunded after a paid billing period has started.

Acceptable use

You may not use Lara Serve to break the law, compromise security, interfere with the service, resell access without permission, or run automated scraping against the application.

You may not upload content that you do not have the right to use, including menu images or product photos that violate third-party rights.

Limitation of liability

Lara Serve is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every issue will be resolved immediately.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lara Serve is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco, unless mandatory local consumer or business laws require otherwise.

If a dispute arises, both sides agree to first try to resolve it in good faith before starting formal proceedings.
