When you create or use a Lara Serve account, we collect the account email address, restaurant name, staff account details, and restaurant configuration needed to run the service.

Lara Serve also stores operational data scoped to your restaurant, including menus, categories, products, table layouts, QR orders, kitchen status, waiter actions, and billing status.

If Google Analytics 4 is enabled for the public marketing site, it may collect anonymized measurement data such as page views, device type, and general traffic source. GA4 is controlled by environment configuration and is not required for the core restaurant product.

We use your data to operate Lara Serve, authenticate users, route orders to the right restaurant workspace, coordinate kitchen and waiter workflows, and keep account billing and plan access accurate.

We may use account email addresses to send service messages such as trial emails, billing notices, account status updates, and operational reports where enabled.

We also use aggregate product information to improve Lara Serve, debug issues, and understand which parts of the product need attention.

Lara Serve is hosted on VPS infrastructure in Europe. Restaurant data is stored in the application database and scoped by restaurant account.

We do not sell restaurant, customer, staff, or order data to third parties. Service providers such as hosting, email delivery, analytics, and payment processors may process limited data only as needed to provide the service.

Lara Serve uses session cookies and related authentication storage to keep signed-in users authenticated and to protect account access.

If GA4 is enabled, the marketing site may use measurement cookies to understand public-site traffic. The core product can operate without marketing analytics being enabled.

You can request access to the personal data associated with your account, ask for incorrect data to be corrected, or request deletion of your account and restaurant workspace data where legally and operationally possible.

Deletion requests may exclude records that must be retained for security, billing, tax, abuse prevention, or legal reasons.
